摘要
在进行大量筛选试验的基础上,确定了采用二步法制备高碱值硼化石油磺酸钙的工艺条件,首先进行碳酸化反应制备高碱值石油磺酸钙,原料优化配比为石油磺酸铵100g、溶剂300mL、氧化钙40 g、促进剂 60 mL、助促进剂 0.75 g、二氧化碳25 g,反应温度50℃,反应时间4 h。第二步进行硼化反应制备高碱值硼化石油磺酸钙,硼化剂加入量与石油磺酸铵的质量比为(0.5-0.7):1.0,硼化反应温度为90-110℃,最佳硼化反应时间为60-90 min,所得产品在保证高碱值的同时其它理化性能指标符合要求。
The optimized boronizing process, synthesized overbased petroleum sulfonated calcium succeeded with boronization, for preparing the detergent of overbased boronized petroleum sulfonate was determined based on a series of screening tests and orthogonal experiments. The optimum carbonization conditions were under a reaction temperature of 50℃ for 4h, and the dosage of petroleum sulfonated ammonium 100g, solvent 300mL, calcium oxide 40g, promoter 60mL, co-promoter 0. 75g carbon dioxide by 25 g. The suggested boronizing of calcium petroleum sulfonate condition was under the reaction temperature range of 90-110℃ for 60-90min, with the ratio of the boronizing agent to the ammonium petroleum sulfonate being controlled as (0. 5-0. 7)/1. 0. The resulting product quality met the physical and chemical indexes.
