本文对石瘕症从理论与临床进行了探讨。石瘕症名出自《黄帝内经》,因寒凝、血瘀留止于宫内形成结块,属妇科疾病,治以消导通下。现代研究无论是病因病机还是治疗都跳出了寒凝血瘀、活血化瘀的单一模式。可以说,石瘕症包括了以子宫肌瘤为主的妇科疒徵瘕病等,按中医理论辨证论治,对提高临床疗效、降低手术率具有很大的意义。

This article explores indurated uterine mass form theory and clinic of T.C.M. The name of indurated unterine mass originated from Neijing,or Classic of Medicine. And it belongs to gynecopathy in which the mass was formed due to the cold coagulating menses, blood stasis dwelling in uterus. The doctors in all dynasties, esp. the gynecologists have expounded on it, and adopted principles like digestive mediating and purging,or taking drugs of promoting blood circulation to relieve stasis and removing stagnation, or dredging meridians and collaterals by acupuncture or suppositorium for external application. They also created many prescriptions and accumulated abundant experiences. Contemporary researchers have greatly exceeded the ancient cognition on indurated uterine mass, they has broken away from the mono-pattern of blood stasis due to cold coagulation and promoting blood circulation to relieve blood stasis, either from etilolgy and pathogenesis or from treatment by new train of thought and new method. So we may say the indurated uterine syndrome includes abdominal mass, mainly hysteromyoma. So treatment based on syndrome differentiation according to T.C.M theory has significance in bringing the particular advantages of the Chinese herbs into full play, promoting effective rate, decoining the incidence of operation.
