摘要
目的为了研究返魂草提取物及其有效成分抗病毒机制。方法检测药物对流感病毒感染的MDCK细胞中病毒的神经氨酸酶活性及对流感病毒增殖的影响,并观察了药物对新城鸡瘟病毒(NDV)诱生人全血细胞干扰素的影响。结果返魂草提取物及其有效成分(绿原酸、咖啡酸)在浓度为0.2、2、20、200和2000μg/mL时对感染流感病毒的MDCK细胞中病毒的神经氨酸酶活性有抑制作用,对新城鸡瘟病毒(NDV)诱生人全血细胞干扰素作用有促进作用。
Objective To study anti-virus mechanism of the extract and effective components of Senecio cannabifolius Less(SCL). Methods The sialidase activity of influenza virus and the virus replication in MDCK cells were detected. The effect of test samples on a-interferon-inducing activity of NDV was carried out. Results SCL extract, chlorogenic acid and caffenic acid all inhibited sialidase activity of influenza virus and the virus replication in MDCK cells at a dosage of 0.2,2,20,200 and 2000μgml-1.In addition, all the samples can promote a interferon inducing activity by NDV.
