广东省竞技体育后备人才的现状分析与对策研究

Analysis of Present Situation of Reserve Sport Talents in Guangdong Province and Countermeasures

竞技体育后备人才是竞技体育可持续发展的基础。广东省是我国改革的前沿阵地,亦是我国传统的竞技体育强省。采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对广东省竞技体育后备人才的数量、质量、项目布局以及面临的主要问题进行了分析,在此基础上提出了相应的对策。

The reserve sport talents are the basis of sustainable development of athletic sports. Guangdong province is not only the fronting place of reform and opening-up, but also a powerful province of traditional athletic sports in China. The paper, employing such research methods as literature review, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, analyses the number and quality of reserve sport talents in Guangdong province, the composition and the main issues and puts forwards some corresponding countermeasures.
