青南牧区走联合经营之路的思考

千百年来 ,青南地区 (玉树、果洛两州加黄南部分县乡 )均为游牧区。传统的迁徙式游牧生产生活方式 ,不仅使自己越来越贫困化 ,而且对原本脆弱的生态环境造成了更加严重的威胁和灾难性后果。因此 ,要振兴青南地区的经济 ,必须走节制人口、联合经营之路。

Since lots and lots of years,the south area of Qinghai Province is nomadic area.Mode of nomadic production and life of traditional migration type not only makes one's own become pooer and poorer,but also causes serious threat and disastrous consequences for original weak ecological environment.Vitalizing economy in the south area of Qinghai must control population and take ways to combination management.
