Discussion on Gastric Polyp

胃息肉有一定恶变倾向 ,多数资料显示 :胃息肉的发病率为 0 .33%～ 0 .9% ,我国胃镜检出率为2 %。本文作者查阅有关国内外文献 ,对胃息肉分类及病理改变 ,病因及发病机制 ,临床表现与诊断胃息肉的治疗、恶变因素、恶变的机制等进行综述。

The gastric polyp is paid attention to due to the malignant tendency. The incidence rate of gastric polyp is 0.33～ 0.9% according to relative data and in our country the rate was 2%. This paper had summarized the classification, pathological change, etiology, clinical manifestation and diagnosis, treatment, malignant factors and their mechanism after look over the reference materials in abroad.
