口必健治疗复发性口疮的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Treating the ROAU with OHC

目的 了解生物制剂口必健 (OHC)对复发性口疮的治疗效果。方法 选择 172例复发性口疮患者 ,随机分为 2组。试验组用OHC 15mL含漱 30s ,3次 /d ;对照组用 0 .0 5 %普鲁卡因 15mL含漱 30s ,3次 /d。结果 使用OHC后 ,各时点的疼痛强度差与普鲁卡因相比无显著性差异 ,但 4 0min后试验组的疼痛中度以上缓解率高于对照组 ,差异有显著性。另外 ,试验组的溃疡愈合时间明显短于对照组。结论 OHC治疗复发性口疮有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of treating ROAU with OHC. Methods 172 cases of OHC were randomized into two groups. Patients in the experimental group rinsed with 15 ml OHC for 30 seconds and 3 times per day. Others in the control group rinsed with 15 ml procaine of 0.05 % for 30 seconds and 3 times per day. Results There was no significant difference in the pain intensity during most of observation time. But 40 minutes later, the release ratio of over-middle pain was significantly higher in the experimental group. Otherwise, the ulcer healing period was significantly shortened in the experimental group than that in the control group. Conclusion OHC might have certain application value in the treatment of ROAU.
