摘要
我们采用丘克拉斯基法生长出ZnWO_4:Cr^(3+)单晶,并测到该晶体从800~1100nm的宽带荧光发射,用红宝石激光器泵浦φ5mm×17mm的晶体棒,获得400μJ的0.95μm红外脉冲激光。
The ZnWO_4:Cr^(3+) signal crystal has been grown out by using Czochralski method. The fluorescent radiation from 800nm to 1100 nm of the crystal has been observed. Using a 5mm crystal rod, we obtain 400μJ laser pulse output at 0.95μm wavelength, pumped with a ruby laser at room temperature.
