摘要
As approved by the State Council, the first phase of PTA project in Shaoxing, Zhejiang province, constructed by Zhejiang Hualian Sanxin Petrochemical Company, Ltd., a join tventure between the state-owned enterprise and private enterprise is underway. The major equipment has been installed and startup of this unit is slated for the end of 2004.
