摘要
分析了江苏省电力公司实施营销业务流程再造取得的初步成效,在此基础上阐述了深化流程再造在电力营销管理信息系统中应用的可行性和必要性,并对改造方案、实施步骤以及今后模式提出建议及设想。
Analgze the primary effect of practicing Business Process Reengineering(BPR)in power supply marketing operation process in Jiangsu power supply company.And explain the feasibility and inevitability of applying BPR in power supply marketing Management Information System(MIS).Provide some suggestions and conceives to the rebuilding plan, application step and future pattern of the power supply marketing MIS.
