农杆菌介导及基因枪转化在我国甘蔗遗传转化的应用研究现状

The Research on Current Status of Sugarcane Agrogacterium- Mediated and Gene Gun Genetic Transformation in China

在植物遗传化研究中,外源基因导入受体细胞的方法有多种。目前我国在甘蔗遗传转化研究中应用的研究方法主要是农杆菌介导及基因检转化。本文对上述2种转化方法的基本原理及在甘蔗遗传转化研究的进展作简要的介绍。

There are many genetic transformation methods for the target gene getting into the receptor cell in plant genetic transformation. The genetic transformation methods for sugarcane in China are mainly Agrogacterium-mediated transformation and gene gun transformation. In this paper, the principle and the progress of these two genetic transformation methods in China was introduced.
