大朝山水轮机转轮动应力试验研究

摘要 开展真机转轮叶片动应力试验研究是解决大型水轮机转轮开裂的关键。作者对大朝山水电厂6#机组水轮机转轮动应力进行了全面的试验研究,分别对机组变转速、变电压和变负荷等稳定工况以及开停机、升降负荷、甩负荷、简阀动水关闭等瞬变工况下转轮叶片静动应力和振动进行了测量,获得了大量第一手宝贵的试验数据,对真机转轮静动应力的变化规律进行了深入分析与探讨。研究成果对进一步揭示大型水轮机转轮的开裂原因和深入开展混流式水轮机的可靠性研究具有重要意义。 Testing research on dynamic stress is the key to solve the cracking problem of large water turbine runners. The authors had obtained a large amount of valuable data from dynamic stress test of water turbine runner and the test of variable speed/voltage/load in steady condition and start-up/shut-down , load increase/decrease, load rejection, cylinder valve close with water flow in transient condition for Unit 6 in Dachaoshan Hydropower Station. A thorough analysis and study on variation regularity of dynamic and static stress of water turbine runner had been made. The research result is important to find the cause of water turbine runner cracking.
