子宫肌瘤的CT应用价值

The value of CT application of Uterine Leimyomas

目的总结子宫肌瘤的CT特征,探讨CT在子宫肌瘤的应用价值。材料与方法分析58例经手术病理证实为子宫肌瘤的CT征象。对CT显示肿瘤大小、位置及关系进行评价。结果58例中除1例误诊为子宫内膜癌外,CT均诊断为子宫肌瘤,其诊断准确率为98.3%。其中浆膜下型17例,壁间型28例,粘膜下型3例,混合型10例。所有病例子宫均有增大;肌瘤表现为低密度或等密度的实质性肿块,边界清楚;多发及混合型肌瘤子宫呈不规则增大,肿瘤较大可有低密度坏死灶或钙化灶(5例),占8.6%。增强扫描肌瘤与正常肌层相差5～10Hu。结论CT在显示子宫肌瘤的大小、位置及与宫腔关系上有较高的价值。

Objective To evaluate the CT features of uterine leiomyomas and their value of application. Material and Methods Conclusion the CT scans of 58 cases with uterine leiomyoma proved by operation and pathology, assessment of the seizes and positions of myomas, their relationship with uterine cavities and their enhancement in transections. Results All cases were confirmed as leiomyomas by CT except 1 was falsely diagnosed as carcinoma of endometrium. The accuracy of CT diagnosis was 98.3%. In all cases, 17 were subserous myoma, 28 Were intramural myoma, 3 were submuous myoma, 10 were multiple myoma of uterus. All cases showed that uterus enlarge. Leiomyomas showed well circumscribed material masses with low or equal density. The larger myomas may have low density necrosis. There were calcification in 5 cases, which accounted 8.6%. The difference between the leiomyomas and the normal myometrium was 6 to 10Hu by contrast scan Conclusion CT shows great Value in diagnosing the sizes and positions of leiomyomas and their relationship with uterine cavities. It can serve as an important secondary method to ultrasound.
