摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT重建在胸腰椎骨折中的应用及价值。方法对45例胸腰椎骨折进行多层螺旋CT扫描并进行三维、多平面重组等后处理并对其分型。结果压缩型骨折30例,爆裂型骨折15例,2个椎管狭窄指数为0,8个椎管狭窄指数为1,4个椎管狭窄指数为2,1个椎管狭窄指数为3合并脱位。结论多层螺旋CT扫描并进行三维、多平面重组等后处理对胸腰椎骨折的诊断、分型及临床治疗方案的确定均有较重要价值。
Objective: To discuss the applications and evaluation of thoracolumbar fractures with multi-slice spiral computed tomography reconstruction. Methods 45 cases with thoracolumbar fractures were examined under multi-slice spiral computed tomography scan, three-dimensional reconstruction and multi-planar reconstruction. Results There are 30 vertebral compressive fractures cases and 15 burst fractures cases. When vertebral canal stenosis index are 0,1,2 and 3, the number of cases is 2,8,4 and 1 respectively. Conclusions Multi-slice spiral computed tomography scan three-dimensional reconstruction and multi-planar reconstruction played an important role in the diagnosis, classification and clinic treatment arrangement of thoracolumbar fractures.
