摘要
激光诱导杨树花药出愈率高低因波长、剂量和品种不同而异。激光诱导出愈率最高可达37.37％,而CK最高中只有16.25％。在供试7个杨树品种的42种激光处理中,有近2/3高于CK。
The rate of callus induced by laser varied in diffferent wave-lengths ,dosages and varieties. The highest rate reached 37. 37%,the CK of that reached 16. 25%,and,in the 42 treatments of 7 varieties,the two-third of which exceeded the rate of CK.
