胃溃疡穿孔合并中毒性肾小管坏死的探讨

目的探讨胃溃疡穿孔合并中毒性肾小管坏死的诊断方法与治疗方案。方法报道一例胃溃疡穿孔合并中毒性肾小管坏死的病例(包括尸检)、进行了总结。结果胃溃疡穿孔合并中毒性胃小管坏死可合并肾小管损伤坏死,发展为急性肾衰竭。结论病史,仔细查体,实验检查、影像学检查和病程对于诊断与治疗是非常重要的。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic methods and treatment of gastric ulcer perforating with toxics tubular necrosis. Methods A case of gastric ulcer perforating with toxic tubular necrosis is reported (autopsy). Diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment are discussed. Results Perforation, a dramatic complication of gastric ulcer, with toxic tubular necrosis, is relatively rare. Acute renal failure develops from tubular cell injure that produces necrosis within the kidney. Conclusions The medical history, careful physical examination, laboratory examination, radiological examination and course are very important for the diagnosis and therapy.
