摘要
为避免其它排液方式造成的井场污染及井筒质量事故 ,在试油井排液中应用电泵排液地面直读技术 ,有效解决了以往只能凭借经验判断井下温度、压力造成井筒超压、超温导致机组和电缆损坏这一问题。该技术实现了电泵机组下井过程中在地面及时监测井下温度和压力 ,并能及时掌握井筒液面及液柱状态 ,可有效预测过载、欠载 ,及时采取保护措施 ,有效缩短排液周期 ,提高试油进度。
For avoiding ground pollution and well bore quality accident aroused by other ways of unloading fluid,the surface read out technology with electronic pump applied in testing procedure can solve the problems of breaking down working unit and damaging cable by super pressure and super pressure because of judging the down hole temperature and pressure by experience effectively.This technology realized that of monitoring down hole p & t data in time at surface when electronic pump unit is lowered down,and of acknowledging liquid level and situation in bore hole quickly which makes possible to foresee over or under loaded and to take protecting measures to shorten unloading fluid period and raise testing pace.
