The paper introduces the Shinan oilfield's formation characteristics, and the practical using circumstances of the clean fracture fluid technique in the strong water-sensitive formation of Shinan oilfield. It also compares the present clean fracture fluid with the former oil-base fracture fluid in fracture result and work conditions and so on. It shows that the clean fracture fluid can satisfy the request of fracture treatment of simi-water-sensitive formation to the fracture fluid.
