载线验封工艺技术系统研究

A Brief Introduction for the Online Packer Checking Technique.

载线验封工艺是在可变式密封段上安装压力、流量及温度测试仪器 ,在可为式密封段下面旋转压力计 ,可变密封段放在配水器工作筒内 ,调整地闸门口控制水压开关 ,利用可变式密封段上下压力计记录压力变化 ,判断验封效果。应用载线验封工艺技术 ,成功率较高 ,在胜利油田得到推广。

The online packer checking technique is that of putting pressure,flow meter and temperature tool on the top of the changeable packer,setting another pressure tool under the changeable packer,placing the changeable packer in the water feed-tank and adjusting the strobe to control the water pressure switch to evaluate the effect of the packer by use of pressure changes recorded by up and down pressure gauges.Application of it shows that the successful ratio is high and it is popularized in Shengli oilfield.
