摘要
Visual C++是基于 C/C++的集成开发工具 ,它的编辑器、调试器、连接器、文本编辑器和资源编辑器的功能都很强大。文章采用图像处理、图形设计的新方法和新思路 ,利用 Visual C++的开发环境 ,将图像处理和图形设计结合起来 。
Visual C ++ is based on the implement of C/C ++ to integra te and exploit. It is very strong in its function of editor, debugger, linker, t ext editor and resource editor. In this paper,Microsoft Visual C ++ is used as the develop tool for the pur pose of master a more modern tool and combined with graphics and pictures.
