Developing Joint Venture in Opto-electronics

本文讨论了我国在光电技术及其产业的发展方面与国际先进水平的差距,指出了加快引进技术和资金来发展我国光电技术产业的重要性,并着重介绍了中日合资上海尼赛拉传感器有限公司和中美合资上海仪智奇·雷电光光电技术有限公司,介绍它们在引进国外先进技术、设备和资金以及企业的经营管理和发展等方面的情况和经验。

This paper discusses the differences in the development of opto-electronic technology and industry between China and the world. The importance in the importation of advanced technology and funds for the development of China is emphasized. Two joint ventures: Sino-Japanese Joint Venture Shanghai Nicera Sensor Co. , Ltd. and Sino-American Joint Venture Shanghai EG & G Reticon Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. are introduced in the respect of funds, equipment and products. Experiences in the management and development of joint venture are presented.
