A New Plate Length Calculation Method Based on Spiral Curve Equation for Spiral Plate Heat Exchanger

提出了一种基于螺旋线方程的螺旋板换热器板长解析计算方法 ,使用该算法不但可以实现螺旋板换热器板长以及其它螺旋尺寸的精确计算 ,而且可以方便地实现任意螺旋角条件下 ,由螺旋角到板长和由板长到螺旋角的正逆双向计算 。

This paper introduces a new method for plate length calculation of spiral plate heat exchangers, which is based on spiral curve equation. With this new method adopted, not only precise plate length calculation but also two way calculation between spiral angles and plate lengths in the case of any spiral angle can be easily performed, which is worthy to be widely applied.
