利用蒸汽喷射压缩器回收乏汽技术

摘要 结合现场案例 ,讨论蒸汽喷射压缩器在回收乏汽方面的应用 .分析影响蒸汽喷射压缩器喷射系数的主要因素 ,以及喷射系数与火用效率的关系 .计算说明压缩比的影响比工作蒸汽压力的影响更为显著 ,采用两级喷射器串联方式虽然可使单级的喷射系数提高 ,但系统总的喷射系数并不一定提高 .蒸汽喷射压缩器存在较大的火用损失 ,但由于回收了大量的已排出工艺外的乏汽 ,使蒸汽变废为利 ,增加了可使用能量的数量 ,不失为一项有效的节能措施 ,同时由于消除了低压蒸汽的放空现象 ,减少现场的噪音污染和热污染 。 According to the actual case, the application of steam jet to the recovery of exhausted steam is discussed. Main factors to affect the injection coefficient as well as the relation between injection coefficient and exergy efficiency are illustrated. It has been found that the ratio of compression is more notable than the pressure of jetting steam on injection coefficient. The total injection coefficient of multistage compression may be lower than that of single stage compression. Even though there is a bigger exergy loss in quality, large amounts of energy can be recovered from exhausted steam. Besides, the pollution of noise and thermal from waste steam exhaustion can be avoided.
