基于动态CBR控制的混合媒体流传输机制

A new scheme based on adaptive dynamic CBR transmission in mixed media

本文通过对各个媒体流的特征分析,以及对VBR和CBR传输方法的对比,提出了一种动态CBR传输的总体设计方案。同时以视频流为例给出了详细设计方法。在多媒体流内的传输引入层次化体系来处理,将信道、传输、接收效果与编码直接相联系,并采用编码与传输流量结合、优先级控制的方式,无论在单个媒体流内还是多个媒体流均实现自适应动态CBR控制,提高了系统资源的使用率以及网络带宽的应用率。达到全系统最佳传输效果。

Through analysis on characteristic of each media and contrast between VBR and CBR transmission, the adaptive CBR transmission method of mixed media is discussed in detail in this paper. In this hiberarchy scheme, channel capacity、transmission and receive effectiveness are closely contacted, code rate and throughput are combined and PRI control is adopt. An adaptive dynamic CBR transmission is realized both in single media and in mixed media, so the best transmission effect is achieved upon the whole system.
