On the Shortcomings in Delegate Elections in the Country and Their Perfection

我国现行的选举制度弊端较多,在候选人的提名和确定,直接选举的范围,对代表的监督和罢免等方面都存在制度上的不足。重视选民或代表提名推荐的代表候选人,引入竞选制度,扩大直接选举的范围,增加专职代表的名额,建立选举诉讼制度是当前完善我国代表选举制度可以采用的具体措施。

There are many malpractices in the current elective system in our country concerning the nomination and the determination of the candidates, the range of the election as well as the monitoring and the exemption of the delegates. To improve the elective system we should attach importance to the candidate delegates nominated by the electors and the delegates, introduce electioneering system, expand the range of direct election, increase the umber of the delegates and set up the elective litigation.
