The Entry into WTO and the Antitrust Legislation in China

"入世"意味着我国市场更进一步扩大开放,也意味着统一采纳国际市场通行的游戏规则。就我国的目前而言,遵守国际惯例化的反垄断规则是重要的,但最为重要的是,尽快制定我国的反垄断法,以适应世界经济的发展潮流。

The entry into WTO means that the Chinese market is more open to the whole world and that the prevailing international market rule has been applied. To China, it is important to comply with the international antitrust law, however, it is more important to enact antitrust law of our own as soon as possible to adapt ourselves to the development of the world economy.
