教育水平对贵州人口职业分层的影响研究

A Study of the Influence of the Educational Level on Occupational Stratification

以贵州省第四、第五次人口普查资料为基础,分析了从业人口平均受教育水平对职业分层的影响。结果表明:贵州省从业人口的职业构成仍处于"传统模式",平均受教育水平与职业层次的相关关系成正相关,随从业总人口的平均受教育水平的增加,其相关系数增大。2000年与1990年相比,平均受教育水平对职业分层的影响有明显提高。

Based on the data of the fourth and the fifth census in Guizhou,the present paper analyzes the result of the occupation stratification from the average educational level of the employees.The research result indicates that the occupational structure of the employees remains a'traditional pattern'.The correlativity between the average educational level and the occupational stratum is positive.When the average educational level of the employees goes up,the correlativity will increase as well.Compared with 1990, in 2000 there is a positive improvement in occupational structure because of the improvement of the average educational level of the employees.
