摘要
医院管理体制改革 ,引进企业化的运作模式 ,有必要借鉴国有企业建立现代企业制度的经验。该文从两权分离、有限责任制度与独立法人治理结构、国有资产进退机制、激励和约束四个方面探讨了现代企业制度建设与医院管理体制改革原理上的相通性 ,明确了医院管理体制改革中的几个关键因素。
This paper attempts to bridge the relation between moder n enterprise system and hospital management system reform theoretically. It is argued that the key points, such as limited liability, corporate management, withdraw of state assets, incentives and obligations, of modern enterprise system are also introduced to hospital management system reform.
