老年冠心病胰岛素抵抗与脂代谢紊乱

Insulin resistance and lipid metabolism in the elderly patients with coronary heart disease

目的 研究老年冠心病人胰岛素抵抗与血脂变化持点。方法 对 6 8例老年冠心病及 5 0例正常人血脂、血糖及胰岛素水平进行测定 ,观察其变化特点。结果 老年冠心病组总胆固醇、甘油三脂、LDL C、ApoB均高于对照组 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ) ;HDL C、ApoA均低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,差异均有显著意义 ,且胰岛素敏感性降低。结论 老年冠心病不仅存在脂代谢紊乱 。

Objective To investigate the changes of insulin resistance and blood lipids in the elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The levels of blood lipids,glucose and insulin were measured in control group and the elderly patients with coronary heart disease.The comparison was then made between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,TC,TG,LDL C,ApoB were higher in the elderly patients with coronary heart disease(P<0.01,P<0.05),but HDL C,ApoA and insulin sensitivity index were decreased in the elderly patients with coronary heart disease(P<0.01).Conclusion There were not only dislipidemia but insulin resistance in the elderly patients with coronary heart disease.
