目的 观察肝硬化患者血浆降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)和内皮素 (ET 1)含量变化。方法 选择肝硬化患者 6 0例 (其中腹水患者 4 3例 )、正常对照 30例 ,用放射免疫法检测其血浆CGRP和ET 1含量。结果 肝硬化组血浆CGRP和ET 1明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;肝硬化腹水患者高于无腹水患者 (P <0 0 1) ;肝功能Child Pugh分级中C级高于B级、B级高于A级。结论 肝硬化患者血浆CGRP和ET 1水平增高 ,CGRP及ET

Objective To investigate the levels of plasma calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) and endothelin 1(ET 1) in liver cirrhosis.Methods The plasma levels of CGRP and ET 1 were measured in 60 patients with cirrhosis(43 cases with ascites) and 30 normal controls by radioimmunoassay.Results Plasma levels of CGRP and ET 1 were significantly higher in patients with cirrhosis than that in controls(P<0.01).The levels of CGRP and ET 1 were markedly higher in cirrhosis with ascites than those without ascites(P<0.01).Comparisons of the levels of plasma CGRP and ET 1 in the group of patients with different hepatic function were shown as following:Child Pugh C were markedly higher than Child Pugh B,Child Pugh B were markedly higher than Child Pugh A.Conclusion The increase of plasma CGRP and ET 1 is closely associated with the severity of hepatic cirrhosis and the formation and progression of portal hypertension.
