摘要
研究了钛(Ⅲ) 甲基百里香酚蓝 NH3 NH4Cl反应显色体系的光度特性,并确定了测定钛的最佳条件。该体系在pH=9.00的NH3 NH4Cl缓冲溶液,配合物最大吸收位于602nm处,钛浓度在0.010~1.60μg·mL-1范围内遵循比耳定律,络合物组成Ti(Ⅲ)∶MTBC为1∶2,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.60×104L·mol-1·cm-1,大多数共存物质的允许量大。据此提出了测定钛的新方法,且实验结果令人满意。
The photometric behavior of Ti(Ⅲ)-MTBC-NH_3-NH_4Cl system has been investigated for the determination of titanium, MTBC i.e. methyl thymol blue complecon. The molar absorptivity of the complex is 1.60×10~4 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) ,the method is high sensitivity and selectivity ,Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.010~1.60 μg·mL^(-1) for titanium. The new method for determining titanium has been suggested and with satisfactory results.
