摘要
为进一步检验体外存放时间对爱拔益加鸡红细胞免疫吸附性能的影响,应用红细胞C3b受体花环(C3bReceptorRosette,C3bRR)和免疫复合物花环(ImmuneComplexRosette,ICR)实验,以12h为时间梯度进行测定,结果表明爱拔益加鸡红细胞的免疫吸附性能随体外存放时间延长而略有下降趋势。
The effect of storage time on the erythrocytic immunofunctions is studied. Using erythrocytic C_3b receptor rosette (C_3bRR) and immune complex rosette (ICR) tests, counting the ratio of C_3bRR and ICR every 12 h,the results indicated that there is the decreasing tendency of the effect of storing time on the erythrocytic immunofunctions.
