铜绿假单胞菌消毒剂耐药基因检测

Detection of disinfectans-resistance gene in Pseudomonas aerugi nosa

目的 调查铜绿假单胞菌 (Pseudomonasaeruginosa ,Pa)的耐消毒剂相关基因存在状况。 方法 用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)法对分离自湖北省襄樊地区住院病人的 35株Pa菌对胺类 (如新洁尔灭 )、胍类 (如洗必泰 )耐药相关基因———qacE基因进行检测。 结果 35株Pa菌中 19株qacE基因阳性 ,Pa菌qacE基因携带率为 5 4 .3%。 结论 多数所分离的Pa菌已携带耐消毒剂基因。

Objective To investigate the condition of disi nf ectans-resistance gene(qacE) in Pseudomonas aeruginosa(Pa). Methods The qacE gene in 35 strains of Pa isolated from Xiangfa n area of Hubei province was detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) method. Results Nineteen of 35 Pa strains was qacE positive,and the carrying rate of qacE gene in Pa was 54.3%. Conclusion A maj ority of Pa isolated has carried disinfectans-resistance gene.
