抗燃油系统各调门油动机加装隔离装置

摘要 利港电厂一期汽轮机抗燃油控制系统是控制汽轮机各主汽门、调门油动机而设置的,系统压力很高,要求在11.4MPa左右。由于机组在设计安装时各单独油动机供油管路系统未设置独立隔离控制机构,以至给实际运行、检修过程带来许多不利因素。该文介绍了通过加装隔离装置可减少非计划停机次数,提高了经济效益。 The steam turbine's fire-resistant control oil systems in Ligang Power Plant's first construction stage serves the servomotors of the steam turbine's main inlet stop valves and governing valves for control purposes. The system's pressure is rather high, generally required to be about 12.4MPa. Because design and installation has not provided the oil piping system of each individual servomotor with an independent isolating control contraption, quite a lot of inconveniences have been met with during operation and maintenance. The paper describes how, by adding isolating contraptions, the number of off-plan outages can be reduced and therewith the profitability increased.
