糖尿病氧化应激的研究进展及其与糖尿病肾病的关系 被引量:18

摘要 多种因素参与了糖尿病中的氧化应激损伤 ,糖尿病肾病的发生发展与氧化应激密切相关 ,他丁类药物、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂和血管紧张素II受体拮抗剂均有抗氧化效应进而能延缓糖尿病肾病的发生发展。
