卵母细胞和胚胎形态的评估

摘要 卵母细胞成熟、受精和胚胎发育是一个复杂的过程,在此过程中很难在瞬间准确辨别出能发育到植入阶段的胚胎。从卵泡微环境、卵形态到原核、分裂期和囊胚胚胎,进行形态学特性的连续评估能提高植入率和妊娠率。已发现每个发育阶段胚胎都有其专有特征可预测胚胎的植入潜能。介绍近几年卵母细胞和胚胎评估方面的研究进展。
