摘要
随着辅助生殖技术(ART)的广泛应用,体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)已成为治疗不孕症的主要手段,如何获得高质量的胚胎,并在提高妊娠率的同时减少多胎妊娠的发生率是IVF-ET治疗中的重要问题。有研究证明进行囊胚期培养和移植较卵裂期移植能获得更高的妊娠率并减少多胎率的发生。
