摘要
总结细胞黏附分子在子宫内膜/蜕膜中的表达、功能及影响因素,探索细胞黏附分子与不孕症的关系。结果显示,细胞黏附分子不仅是一种黏附分子,且在子宫内膜细胞分布、细胞间信息交流和相互作用及与内膜细胞外基质间相互作用。其与内膜细胞间信息传递、细胞移行,与细胞外基质的黏附与受精、植入、胎盘形成有密切关系。
