上皮型钙粘素与妇科肿瘤
摘要
上皮型钙粘素(E-cadherin)是一类介导同型上皮细胞黏附作用的膜表面糖蛋白,与恶性肿瘤侵袭转移密切相关。综述E-cadherin在妇科恶性肿瘤发生发展中的作用及调节机制。E-cadherin是多种妇科肿瘤侵袭转移过程中的重要因素,有望成为妇科肿瘤预后判断的标识物。
