促红细胞生成素与卵巢癌的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 促红细胞生成素(erythropoietin,EPO)是一种糖蛋白,广泛分布于肾脏、肝脏、神经组织和消化、生殖系统等,尤其在许多人类的恶性肿瘤组织高表达。因此EPO对于恶性肿瘤的生物学作用也成为研究热点,其中EPO的抗凋亡与促血管生成作用最为重要。对EPO与卵巢癌的相关性研究进展加以综述。
