This article believes that, the biggest character of the Socialism with China's Characters brought forward by comrade Deng Xiaoping lies in the economic sides: the combination of public proprietorship and market economy creates Socialist Market Economy. The practice of China's Socialist Market Economy is just the specific embodiment and implementation of Deng Xiaoping's Socialism with China's Characters in the field of economy.
