服务型政府建设之现状研究

Study on current situation of service-government construction

近两年来,建设服务型政府已经成为中国各级政府的重要举措,各级地方政府都在进行服务型政府建设的探索和创新。在公开办事内容和程序、简化办事手续、减少行政审批、明确办事责任等方面取得了积极的成果。但是,在服务型政府建设中还存在缺乏清楚的理论认识,重具体操作、轻体制创新,政府与公民互动缺乏等问题。各级政府应该在积极行动的同时,着重理论思考,真正把服务型政府建设提高到一个更新、更高的水平。

In recent several years,the service-government construction has become an important task of Chinese different level governments,which are all exploring and updating it. Positive improvement was obtained,including opening the official content and procedure,simplifying official items,decreasing the administrative approval,clearing official duty,and so on. But,problems in service-government are still existing,such as wanting clear theory basic,stressing practical work but not administration updating,lacking mutual communication between the government and the citizens. All the government should take more actions,and stress theory explore to construct the service-government in a more modern and high level.
