摘要
在中国革命和建设的不同历史时期形成的中国共产党三代领导集体领导人民治理国家的过程中,都对社会主义民主法制问题作过许多重要的论述和决策,形成了具有中国特色的社会主义民主法制思想,推动了新时期我国民主法制建设的发展。
The Communist Party of China's three-generation leadership,which was formed during different historical periods of chinese revolution and construction,has made some analyses and decisions concerning socialist democracy and legal system and formed the thought of socialist democracy and legal system which is characteristic of china,which has promoted the construction of our country's democracy and legal system in the new historical peniod.
