伦理问题研究的基本要求是合规律性与合目的性的统一。研究管理伦理的合规律性要求,需要对管理活动进行哲学考量。因此,本文研究了管理活动以管理关系为存在形式的基本规律,通过探讨管理关系中的经济管理关系、政治管理关系和社会意识管理关系,揭示出管理活动的一般基本特征。

The basic requirement of research on ethics problems is an unity of in conformity with regularity and goal. The requirement of research on managerial ethics in conformity with regularity needs Philosophy to examine and estimate the managerial activities. So, this article does some research on the basic law of managerial relations being the existence form of the managerial activities. It reveals the general basic features of the managerial activities by inquiring into the economic managerial relations , political managerial relations and managerial relations of social consciousness.
