摘要
利用矩形空心金属软波导和矩形变截面耦合器所构成的功率合成器,实现了两束CO_2激光的功率合成。实验中获得的传输效率为72.1%,合成光功率为31瓦。
Using a power synthesizer which are composed of retangular metallic flexible hollow waveguides and tapered retangular couplers, the powers synthesis of two CO2 lasers has been realized.In experimental investigation the transmission eff-ieiency of 72.1% and the synthesis power of 31 watts have been obtained.
