摘要
考察了 2 ,6 二叔丁基 4 甲基苯酚、乙酰乙酸乙酯、二亚甲基桥联二 (甲基环戊二烯 )三种配体对二苯胺基稀土化合物催化丙烯腈聚合性能的影响。结果表明 ,两种非茂类配体对促进稀土胺化物催化活性十分有限 ,桥联二茂基配体相对较好 ,但活性仍低于Ind2 LnN(i Pr) 2 。实验进行了温度、单体浓度、催化剂用量对丙烯腈聚合影响的研究。
The effect of three ligands, i.e. 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, ethyl acetoacetate and bismethylene bridged bis(methylcyclopentadiene), on the catalytic behavior for acrylonitrile-polymerization by diphenylamido lanthanide compounds was studied. The results demonstrate that two non-cyclopentadienyl ligands promote the catalytic activity limitedly. The diphenylamido lanthanide with bridged bis(methylcyclopentadienyl) ligand displays catalytic activity higher than those with non-cyclopentadienyl ligands, but lower than Ind 2LnN(i-Pr) 2. The effect of polymerization temperature, monomer concentration and catalyst amount on polymerization was studied.
