Inspiriting Theory and Inspiriting Mechanism of Scientific Research in Institutions of Higher Learning

本文运用激励理论对我国高校现行科研激励机制进行了剖析,提出了建立全面激励机制的构想,并具体阐述了全面激励机制中经济收益浮动制和精神激励的主要形式等问题。

This paper analyzes the actual scientific research inspiriting mechanism in our higher institutions with inspiriting theory. It proposes the concept of comprehensive inspiriting mechanism, discusses the floating income system and the major forms of spiritual inspiration in the mechanism.
