摘要
用YAG倍频泵浦染料激光体外照射小鼠外周血,以微孔滤膜法检测其对中性粒细胞移动的影响。结果表明,在610nm~680nm范围内细胞趋化运动的促进或抑制作用与激光作用于细胞是液的累积剂量有关,而且与激光的波长有显著依赖关系。
Peripheral neutrophil granulocytes(NG) in mice were irradiated in vitro by a YAG pumped pulsed dye laser light (610-680nm), then -were assayed for ran-dom migration(RM)and chemotaxis(Cht)with the micropore filter technique. The results demonstrated that in 610-680nm, the accumulated dose of incident upon the NG suspension had distinct effects (acceleration or inhibition)on Cht, and the irra-diation of different wavelength of laser had a remarkable relation with the Cht.
