风险投资是一种将高科技和现代金融相结合的投融资模式。它在促进高新技术产业化和经济发展方面发挥着重要的作用。由于法律障碍 ,风险投资在我国发展相当滞后。
Venture capital is an investing and financing pattern with the combination of high-tech and modern finance. It plays an important part in improving the industrialization of new-high technology and the development of economy. Because of law obstacle, venture capital is developing slowly in our country. It is necessary to reform legal system.
