摘要
对含 5 %~ 15 % ① 无水乙醇与柴油的混合燃料进行了实验研究。结果表明 ,在较高环境温度 (18℃以上 )及无水的情况下 ,可以不用助溶剂 ,形成稳定期较长的E5及E10。添加助溶剂可以使E10 ② 及E15在较低温度下保持稳定不分层。E10及E15的理化性质与普通柴油的性质较接近 ,在不改动柴油机的情况下 ,使用E10及E15 ,动力性能下降幅度不大 ,质量比油耗增加不多。驾驶员对使用E10的车辆性能表示满意 。
Laboratory research of mixed fuel of 5%~15% anhydrous ethanol and diesel oil is carried out. E5 and E10 mixed fuels with relatively longer period of stability can be formed under higher environmental temperature over 18℃ with the mixed fuel in anhydrous state and without any emulsifier. The emulsifier developed in preliminary research can keep E10 and E15 in stable state without any layer-built under lower temperature. The physical and chemical properties of E10 and E15 are close to those of ordinary diesel oil, so, E10 and E15 can be used in vehicles without change of diesel engine,with only a little bit lowering of dynamic properties and increasing of quality oil consumption. The driver is satisfactory with the performance of E10 vehicles and the exhaust smoke degree is significantly improved.
